One list
Project work and the things you do every day, in Today, Upcoming, Assigned to me, Inbox and per project. Due dates, times, priorities and repeats.
One list for your team's project work and daily work, and a chase on WhatsApp, email and push until someone actually finishes it.
Your own WhatsApp number and your own email account, so it comes from you.
Send the signed contractDue today at 14:30, in Client Work.
Still not done. Reminder 3.
Done
Sent to Ali to verify. Reminders stopped.
No add-ons and nothing held back for a paid tier, because there is no paid tier.

WhatsApp, email and browser push, on an interval you choose, until the job is actually done — with a Mark done button that works in one tap without signing in.
A member ticking a job off sends it to an admin, who approves it or sends it back with a note. Switch the step off for a team that does not need it.
Standing teams with leads, projects shared with a whole team, invite links that expire or never do, and assignment that moves the reminders with the job.
The client logins your team passes around in chat, encrypted instead: shown one at a time, shared with a person, a team or a project, and sendable by a link that expires.
Your own WhatsApp Business number and email account, and MagizAI on your website — when a visitor asks for a person, the job appears here and gets chased.
Through your own WhatsApp Business number and your own approved template, so it arrives in the app your team already answers. Meta bills you per message; nothing goes through us.
From your own sender, with a Mark done button that works in one tap without signing in. ZeptoMail or any SMTP account.
A notification even with the tab closed, and a card inside the app. Each person picks which of the three they want, and can test each one.
Nothing is resold: you connect the accounts you have, so the messages come from you.
Each organisation brings its own accounts, which is why the whole thing can stay free.
When a member ticks a job off it does not disappear: it waits for an admin, who approves it or sends it back with a note. Admins' own tasks complete straight away, and you can switch the whole step off for a team that does not need it.
Everyone sees the same list within a second of a change, so nobody asks whether something was picked up.
Free, with no card and no trial clock, and every part of it is included — there is no tier above this one. If a paid tier ever appears it will be for something that costs money to run, and what you are using today stays as it is. Donations are voluntary and buy no extra features.
Meta charges per conversation, and the rate depends on your country and the message category. You connect your own WhatsApp Business account, so the bill is yours and you can see it. Setting a limit on repeat reminders keeps it predictable, and a team that only wants email can leave WhatsApp switched off.
No. An organisation is a separate tenant: its own people, projects, teams, settings and credentials. Every query is fenced by the organisation, and the end-to-end test suite spends a section trying to cross that fence. Whoever runs the site can see how many people and tasks an organisation has, and can suspend or delete it — not read it.
Encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key that never goes into the database, and tied to the row they belong to, so a stolen database dump does not leak them. Integration tokens are write-only through the interface — it will tell you the last four characters and nothing more — and a saved password is shown only when someone asks for that entry and re-enters their own password, which is written to the audit trail.
Yes. It is your own MySQL database if you host it yourself, and a request to the address in the footer gets you an export if we host it. Nothing is locked in a format only we can read.
You become its admin, invite your team, and connect WhatsApp when you are ready. If it saves you time, a donation covers the server and the domain.
