The service

HiMyDo is offered free of charge and as it is. It is run carefully, but without a guarantee of availability. Features may change, and paid plans may be introduced later for new usage.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your organisation: who you invite, what they do, and keeping your password safe. One account belongs to one organisation.

Acceptable use

Do not use HiMyDo to send unsolicited messages, to break the law, or to attack the service or other organisations. Accounts or organisations doing so can be suspended.

Your content

Your work stays yours. You allow us to store and process it to run the service for you.

Messages and third parties

WhatsApp and email are delivered through providers you connect, under their terms, and any charges they make are yours.

Donations

Donations are voluntary, are not payment for the service, and are non-refundable.

Ending it

You can stop at any time and ask for your organisation to be deleted. We may suspend an organisation that breaks these terms.
